The LFSBDC offers the following services:

The Center's core programs include small business seminars, business counseling,
operations audits, mystery shopper program, mentoring, and focus groups.
We work with people seeking bank loans, SBA guarantee loans, and state loans
through Virginia Asset Financing Corporation. Besides the loan application process,
we work with all types of business registration questions, tax forms, SBA assistance
and writing business plans.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: EARTHQUAKE DISASTER AID TO BE IMPLEMENTED UPON NOTIFICATION OF THE TOWN OF CULPEPER AND CULPEPER COUNTY BEING DECLARED A MAJOR DISASTER SITE The Small Business Development Center at Culpeper is ready to assist small businesses who have suffered losses as a result of the August 23rd earthquake once Federal notification of Culpeper's being declared a major disaster area is announced. A Presidential Major Disaster Declaration puts into motion long-term federal recovery programs, some of which are matched by state programs, and designed to help disaster victims, business and public entities.
